2021 Vendor Guide
Thank you for participating in Wanderlust events! Please read below, including the general and site-specific information. If you have questions or concerns please contact us at vendors@wanderlust.com.
General Information
Please read all information below. For TBD items, please check back later or ask your Wanderlust contact for assistance.
Please advance any box trucks, trailers or larger vehicles with vendors@wanderlust.com. Use the smallest delivery vehicle possible. 108 EVENTS Wanderlust cannot accept advance shipments. Everything must arrive during load-in and deliveries must be scheduled. Please be available to manage and accept your own deliveries. For delivery and shipping inquiries, please email vendors@wanderlust.com.
Unless you arrange to bring your own tent, you will be provided with a 10 x 10 white pop-up tent, including tent walls and weights. TENT HEIGHT can vary event to event. Most often crossbars rest less than 8′ tall. Be advised that trade show walls most often do not fit under these tents. Please size wall banners appropriately so that they fit between tent poles. General measurements for 8′ tent legs include: 10 x 10 tent: 9′5″(W) x 7′9″(H) Please reach out to vendors@wanderlust.com for further questions.
10 x 20 tent: 19′5″(W) x 7′9″(H)
Please consult with your Wanderlust contact if you have a custom activation. Additional permitting fees may apply. All tents and structures should be able to handle wind and rain, sun exposure and the natural elements. Please make sure to secure everything appropriately.
Kula Market footprints are typically built in rows. Other tents or builds may be placed directly next to or on both sides with no additional spacing. Corner or stand alone footprints are not available for request. You likely will receive your booth placement when you check in on load-in day.
Load-in: Please be prepared to move vehicles immediately after they are offloaded. You will most often not be permitted to drive right up to your booth. Please come prepared with a hand cart or a helping hand. Load-out: Please completely break down your booth and move items to loading zones as designated by on site Wanderlust staff.
You will be given up to 4 vendor wristbands for staffing your booth on site. Your vendor wristbands give you access to the practice area. The vendor area is free and open to the general public.
Wanderlust events are rain or shine. We may adjust the schedule due to weather. Please prepare for various weather conditions and check the forecast. Wanderlust provided tents come with weights and walls. If you arrange to use your own tent, you MUST come prepared with enough weights to secure your tent (AT LEAST 35 lb. weight/leg).
These events take place on outdoor terrains, often grass. Please prepare to carry or dolly items on unpaved surfaces. Most footprints are not perfectly level.
If you bring your own tent or build, you must bring sufficient weights. Wanderlust will not provide tent weights. Using a 10×10 pop-up tent for example, we recommend at least 35 lbs per leg. Please ask if you are unsure about how much weight is appropriate for your structure.
Use the Vendor website to purchase power needs. Please list all items that need power. Electricity is available only on event days. NOTE: Power outlets may be up to 100′ away. Please bring long enough extension cords. Wanderlust will not provide extension cords or power strips.
Failure to comply with greening guidelines may result in being asked to discontinue service. Using compostable products is mandatory at all Wanderlust events. Styrofoam and plastic food service containers are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance. Approved items can be found here. We appreciate your support of our recycling and composting program! Please break down your cardboard and separate your recyclables from your trash at your booth. If you need any bags, ask a custodial or green team member. Clear or white bags are for recycling and black bags are for trash. Let us know if you have any needs requiring extra bins or service. Please do not leave anything behind. This includes weights for your tents, such as cinder blocks, carpets and other décor.
Please help us Wander Without Waste! As yogis, it is our duty to be good stewards of the earth, so please conserve. All promotional materials must be printed on recycled paper; however, we encourage reducing printed materials by providing brand messaging and discount codes on display boards. Let’s work together to minimize our waste and build a positive relationship with our environment. Check out this page and see how we’re doing our part to create a greener festival experience.
Wanderlust encourages our partners to use signage and banners with sustainable materials, such as natural fabrics or reclaimed wood, instead of vinyl or plastic whenever possible.
Any capture of photos or videos on-site must be approved in advance by Wanderlust. Such approval will not be unreasonably withheld provided that such photo or video capture occurs in close proximity to your activation area. All photographers and videographers must be identified in advance and must wear appropriate photo/video credentials issued by Wanderlust. Wanderlust cannot authorize photo or video capture in any class. Full-resolution copies of any photos or videos captured on-site must be provided to Wanderlust promptly upon request and Wanderlust retains the right to use any photos captured at our events for promotional purposes.
Sample sizes are limited to 3 oz or less at all events unless you have prior written approval. Please visit our F&B Permitting page for site specific requirements and general information on permits. F&B permitting contacts for questions can be located on the permitting page.
If you have any additional questions, please contact your Wanderlust point of contact directly. Thank you for participating in our events. We look forward to working with you! CONTACT INFORMATION Brooke Jenkins
