Class Description: Standing poses make up the majority of Yoga Asana practice for the first 10 or more years of steady practice, teaching us to align and strengthen our legs as the base for a healthy spine and nervous system. We’ll consider these powerful poses and their effects, learning how to create clear languaging in each plane of movement, and essential modifications for various levels of flexibility and strength.
