Focusing on core strength as a through-thread, the 2019 Wellest Challenge offers a comprehensive journey for participants that encompasses physical, energetic, and nutritional benefits. Over the course of 10 days, you’ll learn how to physically identify key muscle groups, learn strengthening fitness sequences and yoga flows, and receive original daily recipes that support a healthy core.
