Wellness is more than workouts and green juice—it’s igniting your best self. It’s finding your flow and expanding your boundaries. That’s why we created The Wellest Challenge: Develop Your Core. Over the next 10 days, you will learn how to physically identify key muscle groups, participate in strengthening workouts and yoga flows, and receive 10 recipes—all to activate and support a healthy core.


Led by strength-training guru Emily Schromm and yoga teacher Andrew Sealy this free 10-day program combines intense workouts with core-building yoga flows to help you find flexibility, strength, and softness both on and off the mat. You’ll get an email each day with a link to that day’s class, as well as original recipes from Emily and Andrew to help complete this full-body and mind Challenge.
