The entire body is connected to the spirit, mind, and emotions. When we allow ourselves to fall off balance, the body becomes more vulnerable to injuries.
Allowing ourselves to give ourselves the time to place these things in balance is important for our overall health. Within my training plan and plans where I coach my athletes, it is important to train hard on the hard days, go easy on the easy days, and rest where necessary.
