I think it’s so important to be well-rounded. In my yoga practice, that means alternating asana with pranayama and meditation; with physical therapy exercises; with myofascial release; with hiking and playing with my dogs.
I eat vegan 75% of the time, but I don’t deny myself a good piece of fish or well-sourced cheese when my body craves it. I like to read and listen to educational podcasts but I also love comedy and storytelling (and one or two reality shows). For me, balance means acknowledging all aspects of your personality, and integrating them in a mindful way.
