My favorite “smoothie” is really more like vegan ice cream.
• 2 bananas, frozen in chunks
• 1 cup blueberries
• ¼ cup cacao nibs
• 1 tbsp almond butter
• Almond or coconut milk
In a food processor whip bananas, blueberries, cacao nibs, almond butter, and a few ice cubes.
Add almond or coconut milk until it reaches the consistency of a sorbet. Serve immediately.
