Smoothie of Choice

One of the best things about smoothies is you don’t really need to measure the ingredients closely.

Plus, who has time for that in the morning? Here’s my favorite basic smoothie recipe where some freestyle is encouraged!

Ingredients:

• Unsweetened vanilla almond milk (just a few splashes to keep it nice & thick)

• 1 spoonful flax seeds & chia seeds

• 1 spoonful almond butter

• ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

• A handful of spinach

• ½ a frozen banana

• ¼ cup frozen pineapple

• Cinnamon (lots of shakes here to taste)

• Top with a little more almond milk to get things moving!
