Finding Healthy Balance in Life

I find a healthy balance by doing different types of exercise every week, eating balanced meals to fuel my training, sleeping as close to 8 hours as I can, and also saying yes to exciting things even if they throw all that routine out of whack.

Maybe it’s going out for drinks with my best friend the night before a long run, staying up a little too late watching movies with my boyfriend, or traveling to an impromptu race even if it throws off my training plan – these are the experiences I’ll remember for years to come.
