When I let go of doing it perfect or being perfect, life flows better and more balance natural happens.
When I need help, I do my best to reach out. When I need more water, I drink some. If I need to rest more, I say no to going out. If I have work that I’m excited, I throw myself into it fully. I do my best to stick to my word. I try my best to say sorry when the ball is in my court and forgive as quickly as I can. I flow between all the healthy mindful diets I’ve explored since I was 19 – letting no dogma lead me and listening to my body. And most of all, I am learning to be more gentle and loving with myself – this one is HUGE and is currently in the works big time. When this is at play, everyone around me benefits too.
