• Cash: It’s always nice to have options and some vendors may not take credit cards. There is an ATM on site in TBR.
• Layers: Yes, it’s Hawaii, but the nights can still get chilly on the North Shore. Bring your hoodie or a light jacket – and a raincoat just in case!
• Sunscreen / Hat / Sunglasses: Yes to Vitamin D, no to sun damage. Protect yourself.
• Reusable Water Bottle: H20 does a body great. We’ve got water bottle filling stations all over the festival so you’ll never go thirsty.
• Yoga Mat / Props: We’ll be selling mats and props if you need one, but if you have room in your luggage we recommend bringing your own.
• Photo ID / Passport: The light in us recognizes the light in you… but a photo helps, too.
• Journal: You never know when inspiration might strike. You’ll thank yourself later.
• Reusable Silverware / Cloth Napkin: We require our vendors to use compostable and recyclable flatware, but if you’re looking to make your carbon footprint even smaller, bring your favorite spork set.
• Small Tote or Backpack: Your journal, sunscreen, reusable flatware, wallet and water bottle all need a safe place to hang out together as you roam.
• Snacks: There are great restaurants on site, as well as Wanderlust food vendors, but if you wish to cook or want to have specific snacks at the ready, be sure to pick them up on the way!

With all the layers of fun that make up the festival, sometimes things can get hectic. We’ve made a list of scenarios in which you might find yourself, and ways to handle them with ease:

• Scenario 1: You get ready to sign up for your classes and you see the FULL symbol.
• Fix: You have two options: You can chalk it up to divine intervention and choose a new class, OR You can put yourself on the wait list and show up to class. If space allows, you will be admitted to the class after all the registered attendees have checked in. Important: If you are registered for a full class that has a wait list, don’t be late to class! After the class begins, we let in people on the wait list, and that could mean they take your spot.
• Scenario 2: You’re at the festival and your friends are all going to a certain class and you’ve decided, last minute, that you want to join them.
• Fix: You can go to the class and get in the wait list line! When all the confirmed registrants are in, we will fill in additional space if available.
• Scenario 3: Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have to change the schedule. This could impact the location or time of a class that you were very much looking forward to.
• Fix: Deep breath. Unfortunately, these things do happen. Fortunately, we have as many as 60 classes per day. You can go to the replacement class or come to the box office and we’ll help you sign up for another class with free space. However, no refunds will be provided.

Remember, your personal daily schedule will be emailed to you each morning. Save some paper and use your mobile device or the Wanderlust App to view your schedule.
