As an internationally acclaimed author, experienced yoga teacher, and passionate blogger, Bram understands the value of a life well lived. He stresses the importance of balance, the benefits of bringing joy to the everyday, and the reality that we only have a short time on this planet\u2014so we should make the best of what we have.<\/p>\n

According to Bram, life is a series of opportunities and choices. Some people float along on the current, going along with wherever it takes them. Others fight against it, choosing to make their own path and ride out the waves with determination. Yet no matter which way we live, the choices we make affect the people around us and, in turn, our choices shape the echo of our souls.<\/p>\n

Bram asks: What type of echo would you want to leave behind? Would you prefer to be remembered in a wreath of joy, health, and happiness, or one of depression, darkness, and unease? Whatever path you decide to take, stick with it. Make intention part of your life and go forward.<\/p>\n
