WHO WE ARE
Vero means Truthful in Italian. Yoga translates as Unity of the mind, body, and spirit.
VeroyogaNyc is a space for the community dedicated to the practices of yoga, lightwork and meditation opened with the intention to help everyone develop an authentic connection with themselves. We believe that positive change in the world begins from the individual’s responsibility to live consciously and integrated with the Earth. Classes are always an exploratory experience created to healing the connection between the physical and spiritual body. We promote a serene and fun practice following the breath, spiritual teachings and music.
VeroyogaNyc opened on 11-11-11 (three times eleven is a very powerful number charged with spiritual energy- not a coincidence…) in a historic brownstone in the heart of Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn.
Our mission is to encourage through yoga the recognition of what is the most sacred: our True Self.
