Sally Aldrin
Sally Aldrin, E-RYT, is known for her infectious energy and a smile that lights up a room. As Sally’s wanderlust led her all over the world, her experiences led her to a deep belief and dedication in sharing the gift of yoga. She believes that yoga has and will continue to make the world a better place by bringing about consciousness and awareness on how we are all connected.
Sally’s yoga journey started as a teen and has been the root of her adventurous life travels. While attending business school at Colorado State University, she began to deepen her practice. It was here that she grew passionate about vinyasa and began to feel the call to teach. As Sally transitioned from Colorado to Maui, Hawaii, it was clear that now was the time for her to share her knowledge and excitement of yoga. Less than a year later, she completed a 200-hour teacher training.
Sally takes pride in being a teacher and a student of yoga. She loves not only guiding students through their practice but also sharing her passion for yoga and life with them on and off the mat. Sally teaches regular group classes on Maui. When she’s not enjoying her nest on Maui, you can find her wandering the globe and celebrating yoga at festivals like Wanderlust. Sally’s yoga community receives daily inspiration as they follow her blog and her interactive Instagram.
