Marisa has been practicing yoga for the past 6 years. After growing up as a dancer, she was naturally drawn to Vinyasa. She likes to bust a move in classes and integrate creative movement along with sequencing. Yoga has been her saving grace spiritually and mentally and she has practiced in Hawaii, Bali, Canada, and many states.
With a background as a sommelier and organic foodie, she is incredibly passionate about sharing the gifts of yoga, sustainable farming and healthy cooking with her ever-growing community.
