We offer yoga alliance approved 200hr & 300hr yoga teacher training programs on Maui and daily yoga classes in our signature styles: Jungle Flow (strong vinyasa), Island Flow (slow vinyasa), Lava Flow (Infrared heated vinyasa 92-95˚), and Candlelight (yin/gentle/restorative).
