Our sequences mix active and passive postures to ensure a balanced physical workout while also allowing space and depth to calm the mind. The 37 degree heat and ambiance will melt you deeper into your practice by warming muscles and aiding flexibility while the Hotpod teacher will carefully and personally guide you through a flow of postures that will open your body, work your heart and calm your mind in equal measure.
