Add avocado in and it becomes even better. The BALT at the Wanderlust Caf\u00e9 uses local John Bezian sourdough, crispy heritage bacon, and delicious heirloom tomatoes. On the other layer tomato slices, avocado, bacon, lettuce, and cilantro.
