She\u2019s committed to writing 100 original poems in 100 days, posting a new one each day. Her latest painting is also brilliant.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/us6.campaign-archive2.com\/?u=26857d08cfc91db6993e0bfc4&amp;id=fc50dea19e&amp;e=7909694349\" target=\"_blank\">Motivation &lt; Action<\/a><\/strong> from Paul Jarvis, sent out in his Sunday Dispatches email. \u201cMotivation, even for mundane things like exercise or writing more, is theoretical. Whereas action is tangible.\u201d This piece is a great argument for taking one tiny step rather than making a big plan.\u00a0He also posted a great piece on Medium, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/medium.pjrvs.com\/master-working-for-yourself-without-crushing-your-soul-b8a980763d43\" target=\"_blank\">Master working for yourself without crushing your soul<\/a><\/em>, which he summarizes this way, \u201cPeople that really do well working for themselves don\u2019t do it for the money fights on their private yachts or the standing ovations (on Facebook), they do it because they want to add value for others while leading life as they see fit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.scientificamerican.com\/beautiful-minds\/which-character-strengths-are-most-predictive-of-well-being\/\" target=\"_blank\">Which Character Strengths Are Most Predictive of Well-Being?<\/a><\/strong> Read the answer in this post on Scientific American. **Spoiler alert** \u201cThe single best predictor of well-being was gratitude.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.daniellelaporte.com\/28-best-things-i-ever-did\" target=\"_blank\">28 of the Best Things I ever did\u2014From my Bedroom to my Business<\/a><\/strong>, a list worth contemplating from Danielle LaPorte.
