Ingredients<\/h3>\n

7oz salmon filet
\n1\u20442 cup heirloom carrots
\n1\u20442 cup green beans
\n1\u20444 cup grape tomato<\/p>\n

Chermoula sauce: (Up to 4 servings)<\/h3>\n

1\u20442 bunch parsley
\n1\u20442 bunch cilantro
\n3 springs rosemary
\n3 springs thyme
\n3 cloves garlic
\n2 Tbsp. lemon juice
\n3 Tbsp. cumin powder
\n1 cup olive oil
\nSalt
\nPepper<\/p>\n

To make:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Wash Heirloom carrots well (do not peel).<\/li>\n
  2. Cut off ends of green beans.<\/li>\n
  3. Coat carrots and green beans with cooking oil, salt and pepper.<\/li>\n
  4. Place in a single layer on a baking dish and roast in the oven at 350 for 20\u201325 min (adjust time depending on size of carrot) until carrots are soft with a little bite to them.<\/li>\n
  5. Cut carrots into half inch pieces and place them to the side.<\/li>\n
  6. Season salmon with salt and pepper, place on grill skin side up (does not need to have skin) until a grill mark is achieved.<\/li>\n
  7. Remove salmon from grill and transfer to a baking dish.<\/li>\n
  8. Bake in the over at 350 for 10\u201312 min (for a medium cooked filet, adjust according to preference).<\/li>\n
  9. In a blender, mix all Chermoula sauce ingredients together (remove rosemary from stem!) until a smooth texture is achieved (like chimichurri sauce).<\/li>\n
  10. Add salt and pepper as preferred.<\/li>\n
  11. In a medium pan, saute\u0301 grape tomatoes with olive oil until they become soft.<\/li>\n
  12. Add green beans and carrots to tomatoes with about two-thirds of the Chermoula sauce until all ingredients are even temperature.<\/li>\n
  13. Place veggies on plate with salmon laying over veggies.<\/li>\n
