There’s nothing like a cool drink after your morning vinyasa flow. But a cool drink that’s also loaded with protein, pre-biotics, healthy fats, and antioxidants? That’s even better. Whether it’s pre or post-workout, this combination of chia seeds, yogurt, almond milk, fruit, and grass-fed protein powder creates a sweet and nourishing concoction that gives you an added boost of energy.
While we’re all familiar with a strawberry smoothie, this drink takes it to the next level. Coconut oil and siggi’s coconut yogurt add a bright, tropical flavor, and the hefty dose of omega-3s provide nourishing healthy fats. Omega-3s are best known for their abilities to aid in the fight against inflammation, lower of levels of depression, and aid in heart health. And if tastes good, what’s to lose?

At siggi’s we make yogurts with simple ingredients and not a lot of sugar. Our products are based on Scandinavian dairy traditions, such as skyr, the traditional Icelandic yogurt. Our products don’t contain any of those dreadful artificial sweeteners. We only use milk from family farms who do not use growth hormones like rBST.
