Michelle Joni believes in the power of the imagination and, of course, fun. It makes perfect sense then, that she leads a skipping club in NYC every Thursday at 2pm, meeting in different neighborhoods for themed skipping adventures. Michelle joined us at Wanderlust Stratton for an Alice in Wanderlust skip. And it was awesome. Watch the video to see the soulful fitness party in motion.
Launched in February of 2013, Skipping Club runs through August 7th, with skipping events such as the 80s Pop Star Skip in Alphabet City, the Hippie Skippie Shake + at Strawberry Fields, and Occupy Skipping Club in the FiDi.
