But I\u2019m letting go of a lot\u2014including dreams. Grievances.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a great time to die to your ego as much as you can. That&#8217;s the global wake up call here.<\/p>\n<p>And I\u2019m doing my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.daniellelaporte.com\/heartcentered\">heart-centering practices<\/a>. More breathing, more vulnerable prayer. More communing with my people. I can tell you what I\u2019m NOT doing: I\u2019m not obsessively planning, and I\u2019m not trying to \u201cmake the most of this situation.\u201d I am, however, writing my ass off.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve got so much to say and offer in regards to how we meet this sorrow and opportunity. More to come: <a href=\"http:\/\/daniellelaporte.com\/withlove\">daniellelaporte.com\/withlove<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>ANSWERING THE CALL<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Admit to your deeply buried longing to SLOWWWWWW DOWN.<\/p>\n<p>If you can\u2019t fess up to it, just take my word for it: you probably need to slow down. Take Mother Earth\u2019s word for it: she is telling us to stop and go deep into why we\u2019re here. This will require some courage and some shadow work.<\/p>\n<p>Also\u2026 Make personal pain transpersonal. You feel your pain fully, with compassion, and let it soften you, and then\u2026. you look up to ask, &#8220;Who else is experiencing this pain, or worse?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This NOT to invalidate your own suffering, <em>it\u2019s to validate someone else\u2019s.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This is love. It\u2019s not to take on their suffering, that\u2019s counter productive. It\u2019s to witness another\u2019s suffering.<\/p>\n<p>This is one way to create unified consciousness and that unity is our only way through this.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s meditate. And visualize. And say a prayer. I host group meditations on Instagram Live.<\/p>\n<p>ALL practices work toward restoring our nervous systems, basking in life force, and increasing Group Determination.
