SCHEDULE AN ACTIVITY

After you’ve passed through the mindful triathlon with flying colors, you’re invited to drop in for one scheduled activity such as aerial yoga, acroyoga, hooping, walking meditation or a 30-minute yoga class, led by our favorite local yoga studio.
