In Danielle LaPorte\u2019s book, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.daniellelaporte.com\/thedesiremap\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>The Desire Map<\/em><\/a>, she offers a new perspective on creating \u201cgoals with soul\u201d\u2014start with how you want to <strong>feel<\/strong>\u00a0each year and let your desired feelings take the lead in your planning. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">The book is chock-full of amazing information, working through the importance of understanding feelings and emotions and how to pinpoint your desires (while not getting too attached to specific outcomes) and define your goals. LaPorte taps into ancient wisdom with a spin and offer modern, practical advice for living your truth, all with the goal of helping readers define their core desired feelings (CDFs) on a yearly basis. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">LaPorte\u2019s writing style is fun, casual, energetic, and full of truth.
