Do Less—The Art of Conscious Attention for a More Fulfilling Life

Kate Northrup

What would your life be like if you had enough time and energy for the things that matter most to you? What would happen if you stopped rushing around trying to please everyone and instead made space for yourself and the things YOU want to do? In this workshop you’ll learn practical, relatively easy to implement strategies for having more by doing less by bestselling author, mother of two, entrepreneur, and time bending enthusiast, Kate Northrup.

Start the day learning how to tap into a cyclical framework for energy management, project management, and creative and productive flow that’s running within and around you but that you’ve never been taught to harness before. Learn how biomimicry, essentially looking to nature as our guide to solve our human problems, can unlock a treasure trove of renewable, sustainable energy within you. Create the structure, boundaries, and support you need to do less and have more while still doing the things that matter well.

In the afternoon session, delve into why asking for, receiving, and even identifying when we need help stops successful women in their tracks. This session will help you unravel the cultural conditioning that’s taught us that doing everything ourselves is a badge of honor and instead teach you how to call in the support you need with kindness, power, and ease. The more you’re able to ask for and receive help, the stronger you’ll become and you’ll leave this session with a plan to get the help you crave.
