The World’s Only Mindful Triathlon

Wanderlust 108 combines three mindful activities—running, yoga, and meditation—in your favorite local park. It’s a celebration of the mindful movement, a chance to ground down so you can rise to even greater heights.

5K

Fueled by adidas, this is a 5K (+/-) your way, so don’t sweat it. Or do. Run or walk, prance or skip, stroll or strut—we don’t mind. Just make it to the finish line.

YOGA

75 minutes of yoga flow underscored by a DJ? That's the Wanderlust way. Whether it's your first or 500th time on your mat, you'll find your rhythm.

MEDITATION

Get your sit together. Our 30-minute guided meditation will clear your mind, relax your body, and complete the mindful triathlon.

AN EVENT FOR EVERY BODY

New to yoga or meditation? No problem. We’ll help you uncurl that mat and find a comfy sitting pose. Just dust off your sneakers and come on down.

BRING YOUR BESTIES

You can register with your fellow seekers as group of four or more. Get creative with costumes to show your team spirit. The biggest group earns a photo from the main stage!

After you’ve passed through the mindful triathlon with flying colors, you’re invited to sign up for one scheduled activity such as aerial yoga, acroyoga, hooping, walking meditation or a 30-minute yoga class, led by our favorite local yoga studio.

Our Kula Market features the best from local artisans, from apparel to essential oils, from jewelry to yoga props. When you get hungry, stop by our organic food vendors, the Wanderlust Café, or our kombucha garden.

Start with a dynamic warm-up lead by our Wanderlust x adidas run leader! This is a 5K (+/-) your way, so don’t sweat it. adidas will be right by your side as you take the first step of the mindful triathlon.
