This is a 5k (+/-) your way, so don’t sweat it. Or do. Run or walk, prance or skip, stroll or strut -- we don’t mind. Just make it to the finish line.

75 minutes of DJ-powered yoga flow? That's the Wanderlust way. Whether it's your 1st or 500th time on a mat, you'll find your rhythm.

Get your sit together. Our 30-minute guided meditation will clear your mind, relax your body, and complete the mindful triathlon.

YOGA FOR EVERY BODY

Whether you’re a mindful millennial or a well-seasoned yogi, whether you’re besties with your mat or still learning to unroll it, you’ll fit right in at Wanderlust 108.

SCHEDULE AN ACTIVITY

After you’ve passed through the Mindful Triathlon with flying colours, you’re invited to sign up for one scheduled activity such as AcroYoga, hooping, walking meditation or a community class from our favourite local yoga studios.

ORGANIC EATS & LOCAL THREADS

Our Kula Market features locally made crafts, jewellery, yoga gear, and our kombucha biergarten. You can purchase a picnic lunch in advance, or grab a Wanderbowl—an organic rice bowl that will nourish your body.

PLAY ALL DAY

Want to keep moving? After your scheduled class, drop into a bonus field game (or two).
