I love yoga and feel blessed to live and share the practice with the world. In the last 22 years of practice and 14 years of teaching, I have learned that life is one big journey of Self Love. I feel deep gratitude to be able to call the Tahoe/Truckee Area of California my home since 1994. The mountains and the community have supported great healing and self discovery for this being the last 23 years. I moved to the mountains for the skiing and climbing which I still love and partake, but much later I found the deep fulfillment I was looking for in meditation. I am privileged to be called mama by a sparkly 10 year old and a playful pup. Both wonderful gurus.

The Wanderlust Festival has shed much light on the Olympic Valley as a destination for healing and connection. I have been grateful to be a part of the Festival since it’s beginning. Honored to teach at our local Wanderlust Studio since it’s infancy and assisting my dear sister Meg McCraken in the Wanderlust Teacher Training the last three years. This year looking forward to leading some hikes in silence for the festival right here in the back yard.
