Sarah Callaham

I am Sarah Callaham, and I am inspired by you! Yes, You. Every single one of you. From the young and graceful, yogi, handstand masters; to the 55+ water aerobics class lovers; all the way to the amateur athletes. And I am especially inspired by those you who are new to being active, coming back from an injury, or have taken an extended vacation from gym. You are the ones who inspire me most. I see the commitment, desire, dedication, and drive that fuels you to get healthy, to get strong, and I am at a loss for words. I know that if you can work that hard, I owe it to you to not waste the ability that I have within my own body. I have always been a strong believer in challenging your body in new ways, because we can. We should never take for granted the gifts that we have within ourselves, no matter what they are. I have been dealing with chronic joint pain since I was 11 years old. For 10 years I just kept pushing, hoping that one day it would get better and that I would be able to accomplish my athletic dreams. It wasn’t until I was at my ropes end and found Pilates which opened the door for me to an entirely new way of life, not only pain free, but also one that was healthier for my mind, body, spirit. From there I fell in love with yoga, standup paddling, rock climbing, as well as started eating a more conscious diet. It was a complete lifestyle change that has taken course and evolved over the past 7 years. I know that takes time and a lot of effort to really change your life. It’s something you have to believe in. You are someone you have to believe in. And I want to be there to support you in every way possible. I give you my commitment to help you get to a happier, healthier, pain-free, stronger, more blissed out you.
