Born in Prince George, British Columbia and trained in Montreal and Toronto, Lydia is a bilingual dancer turned fitness trainer who packs a punch. With a background in dance, music and holistic living, Lydia brings passion, creative movement and a sense of fun to her classes. After injury during her dance career, Lydia turned to Pilates for healing and gained fresh insight into her body’s requirements for both strength and flexibility. Balance is key when developing fitness goals and Lydia brings attention to these details, whether working with Olympic athletes, celebrities or anyone looking for newfound challenge in Pilates. After 10 years teaching Barre, Pilates and dance, she continues to encourage and stimulate her clients with dynamic classes where no 2 classes are ever the same.
