Kelly Saunders believes that yoga, like life, is a work in progress. It involves falling, getting back up, learning, relearning, and growing in all ways. A lover of the mountains, and with a childlike faith in God, she urges that humor, playfulness, community, and nature are key ingredients for yoga and in life. With a background in teaching yoga for cancer survivors she strives to evoke hope, power, and onward looking into each and every practice. Life is meant to be shared together with passion, with purpose and unity.
