Adesina « Addy » Dowers is a Brooklyn born and Bay Area based yogi. She’s known for her big smile, infectious laugh and teaching rocking, upbeat classes that challenge you, support you and remind you not to take yourself too seriously – all set to a killer playlist!

Her life’s goal is to inspire strength, peace and passion in her community. In 2014 Adesina decided to give birth to a space where she could achieve that goals and Hot Spot Yoga Oakland was born.
