Liza has traveled to Thailand regularly over the past 16 years and has studied at The Old Medicine Hospital of Chiang Mai, as well as with renowned teachers Kam Thye Chow, Asokanda (Harold Brust RIP), Pichest Bonthumme in Thailand and Chuck Duff, Mariko Huette and Nephyr Jacobsen in the USA.  She is a practitioner of Sri Goenka’s Vipassana Meditation and a YIN Yoga teacher offering national workshops, group classes and private consultations.
