From Abitibi, a distant, small region of Quebec, Pascale moved in 2003 to Costa Rica to learn how to surf. Surfing became an addiction for her and she never looked back. Since then she has made the ocean her homeland. Living in various surf towns for almost 14 years. In 2007, she moved to the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii where she completed her MA in Speech Communications at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She soon found yoga to be the best combo to balance her surfing and paddle boarding enthusiasm. She slowly started to trade her career as a College Instructor to work on her business Healthy Obsessions, in 2009. Sharing her passions by leading, surf camps, yoga retreats, hiking adventure and SUP adventures. She got certified as a yoga instructor in 2011 at Power Living Australia and has taught since. She incorporated SUP Yoga classes into her practice almost immediately. She is also currently completing her 300hr Yoga Therapy training. In 2015, Pascale moved back to Québec to start Écho Aloha with her partner Jonathan Busby, a SUP and SUP yoga business located in the Laurentians, this was a way for her to bring some of her Aloha spirit back to Québec! Her striking love for the ocean & adventure brings her back to Costa Rica & Hawaii on a regular basis to lead surf, SUP and yoga retreats. Pascale also completed a variety of life Coaching courses with CTI-international to enhance and to complete her university training. Her classes and retreats intertwine her understanding of healthy communication, life coaching & yoga philosophy to establish a parallel with our everyday lives. Be aware that her incessant smile, her passion for people and her love for the outdoors can be highly contagious.
