Joelle Medina

About

At the age of 17, Joelle began teaching aerobics in Toronto, which included Reebok Step, Tae-Bo, Spinning, and Pre and Post-natal Yoga classes. Having remained active over the years, Joelle discovered her passion when she tried her first CrossFit class 9 years ago. Within days, she realized that no other exercise program had ever made such a positive physical and mental impact on her. This inspired her to learn more about CrossFit, optimal nutrition, and general fitness for all ages especially CrossFit for kids. She focused on earning her Level 1 CrossFit and CrossFit kids certification, and most recently her Level 2 certification.

When you first meet Joelle, she will impress you with her overwhelming encouragement, perseverance, and enthusiasm. Her ultimate goal is to inspire and empower every age to have a fun, healthy and active lifestyle.
