Pero podr\u00edamos estar ignorando una t\u00e1ctica simple y hol\u00edstica: recetas ayurv\u00e9dicas. Cocine por unos minutos, o hasta que est\u00e9 arom\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p>Retire las especias de la cacerola y muela en un mortero de mano o molinillo el\u00e9ctrico.
