If you&#8217;re a health nut with a sweet tooth, this is the salad for you. Try implementing this dish for brunch with friends, or add it into your lunchtime routine, and don&#8217;t hesitate to get creative and add extra veggies and seasonings of your liking. This Sweet Orange Salad is light enough to keep from weighing you down, but is full of the type of nutrients that inspire longterm satiation. Keep on moving!<\/div>\n<div><em><br \/>\nServing Size: 1<br \/>\n<\/em><\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>\nINGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><strong>Salad<br \/>\n<\/strong>3 cups of\u00a0\u200bfresh \u200bmixed greens<br \/>\nChopped \u200bveggies of your choice (We&#8217;ve chosen jicama, peppers, shredded carrots, and broccoli)<br \/>\n1 cup of cooked quinoa<br \/>\nGarnish of orange slice and sliced avocado<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dressing<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/3 cup <a href=\"http:\/\/northcoast.organic\/product-category\/north-coast-apple-cider-vinegar\/\" target=\"_blank\">North Coast organic apple cider vinegar<\/a><br \/>\n\u200b3 tbsp of orange juice\u200b<br \/>\n1\/2 cup light olive oil<br \/>\n\u200b1\/4 chopped cilantro\u200b<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp agave<br \/>\nOrange zest<br \/>\nDash of salt and pepper<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong><strong>INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\u200bMix all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Place in the refrigerator while the quinoa cooks.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\u200bAdd quinoa and water to small saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes. You want the water to b\u200be absorbed completely. Remove from stove and cover. Let your quinoa steam for 5-7 minutes. Fluff and chill before serving.<\/div>\n<p>Combine greens and veggies in large bowl.\u00a0\u200bAdd a heap of quinoa and drizzle with vinaigrette\u200b and add orange zest\u200b.\u00a0Garnish with\u200b slice of\u200b\u00a0orange and \u200bavocado\u200b. Take out of refrigerator and roll into small 1&#8243; balls.
