It doesn&#8217;t have to mean heavy food and fruity cocktails\u2014a homemade happy hour can be as nourishing as it is delicious. And with this recipe for Basil and Cucumber Infused Sake-Tinis and Ginger and Garlic Edamame, you can host a healthy, early-evening gathering in your own backyard. Reservations not required.<\/p>\n<p>The cocktail combines TYKU cucumber-infused sake with ginger kombucha, fresh basil, and vodka to create a lighter take on the traditional martini. Paired alongside protein-packed edamame, the end result is a gently-spiced and flavorful combination that keeps you feeling light and playful. Whether you&#8217;re post-flow or post-workday, you deserve a minute to celebrate the moment.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ginger and Garlic Edamame<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Serves 2-4<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>INGREDIENTS<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 package frozen edamame<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp\u00a0fresh garlic, grated<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp ginger, finely chopped<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Boil frozen edamame.\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drain and set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transfer drained edamame to the hot pan and saut\u00e9 3 to 5 minutes, letting the pods get brown on both sides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add grated garlic and \u00a0ginger to the pan and toss well to coat.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turn off the heat and continue tossing the beans for 2 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transfer beans to a large bowl and let cool for ten minutes. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toss with salt according to taste.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Basil and Cucumber Infused Sake-Tini<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em><b>Serves 1<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 oz.
