Kiana Fores had her first taste of surfing before she was even one year old. By the time she got her own board at\u00a0age nine, she was hooked.<\/p>\n

\u201cSome waves push you to your limits and challenge you, and that rush of riding a wave\u2014it\u2019s insane,\u201d Kiana says.<\/p>\n

We sat down with this delightful\u00a019-year-old Kauai native\u00a0at Wanderlust O’ahu<\/a> to talk about her love of catching waves, the harmony of\u00a0yoga and surfing, and what her mantra\u2014keep flowing\u2014means to her.<\/p>\n
