Une classe de yoga de 75 minutes dispensée par un/des professeurs certifiés et rythmée au son d’un DJ set. Yogi amateur ou plus confirmé, tout le monde sera le ou la bienvenu.e sur le tapis.
Une séance de méditation assise et guidée de 25 min par un intervenant reconnu pour conclure la journée et relaxer corps et esprits.

After you’ve passed through the mindful triathlon with flying colors, you’re invited to sign up for one scheduled activity such as aerial yoga, acroyoga, hooping, walking meditation or a 30-minute yoga class, led by our favorite local yoga studio.
Our Kula Market features the best from local artisans, from apparel to essential oils, from jewelry to yoga props. When you get hungry, stop by our organic food vendors, the True North Cafe, or our kombucha garden.
Arrive early to sign in, get your swag and drop your bag, set up your yoga mat, and head to the 5K starting line.
Start with a dynamic warm-up lead by our Wanderlust x adidas run leader! This is a 5K (+/-) your way, so don’t sweat it. adidas will be right by your side as you take the first step of the mindful triathlon.
Hop on your mat for a DJ-powered yoga flow class led by top instructors. Warning: dance parties may form.
Complete the mindful triathlon with 30 minutes of soul reviving meditation led by world renowned spiritual leaders.
We have everything from aerial yoga, acroyoga, hooping, walking meditation or a community class from our favorite local yoga studio. Just be sure to sign up in advance!
Pick up your pre-purchased picnic lunch anytime from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, or you can grab a Wanderbowl, available for purchase throughout the day.
