About

lululemon logo Ryan loves to run and inspire others. He truly believes in the sense of community fitness and wellness creates, and he makes it his personal goal to ensure that everyone feels welcome and supported. Ryan was a retired (and recovering) soccer player at age 24 when he began running to stay in shape and quickly became addicted to the sport. Since then, he has run numerous road races at various distances, from marathons to 5K’s. Ryan is passionate about helping others reach their goals and regularly travels to different races to run as a pacer so he can motivate and push runners to reach their goal times. In the context of a supportive community, he believes in the power of running to change lives and promote self-discovery through sweat, discipline, and pain. When not running, Ryan can be found exploring the local food scene with his wife and 2 kids.

Long, short, fast, slow, ripping through trails or pounding the pavement. As an athlete, I continually train to push the limits of performance potential and complete a variety of goals to inspire others to experience what can be accomplished on two feet. – Ryan Perrich
