Meditation has been an antidote to Pavlina’s busy life of producing large scale events. It’s had such an impact on her wellbeing, that she decided to dedicate herself to sharing this powerful practice with others, helping them to find a moment of calm in every day and (re)connect with all parts of ourselves as well as others. This community aspect is what attracted Pavlina to Just Breathe, and she’s now one of the community leaders, sharing a traditional Being meditation technique that takes us out of the chatter of the mind and into our whole selves fully. If you can’t find her on a meditation cushion or yoga mat, chances are Pavlina is in the kitchen cooking, baking and feeding people!
