Mike Dynie is humbled to instruct others in Yoga, whatever the age, health situation and motivation for practice. His approach is influenced by studies with Richard Freeman, Gregor Maehle’s interpretation of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and Ray Long’s research into the biomechanics of practice. Mike learns most from the practice itself, working with students on a one-to-one basis, and studying yoga texts, old and new. His aim is to hold space for each individual to connect with their true nature and be who they really are.
