Malia Hill
About
In 2004, Malia Hill was dragged to a yoga class by a friend in Hawaii. She felt overworked, overweight, overstressed, and very disconnected from her body. Through yoga, she made changes to her life that she had always been afraid to make and learned to deal with stress and challenge in healthier ways. Malia left the corporate world 6 years ago to teach yoga and help spread the benefits of living in the present moment to as many people as possible. She is the co-founder of SupAsana East Bay and has been teaching SUP yoga for the past 4 years. She has had the honor of being a lululemon athletica ambassador for five consecutive years and an ambassador for BOGA Yoga Paddleboards for the last two years. Malia is the co-chair for Yoga Reaches Out Bay Area- a charity organized to raise money for children in need through yoga events. She teaches at many studios all over the Bay Area and has had the pleasure of teaching at Wanderlust Squaw Valley, Wanderlust Oahu, and Yoga Rocks the Park. Malia is the proud mother of a wonderful little girl, Kalea Lani.
