Katarina L. Arneric is a Certified Health & Stress Coach as well as a Yoga Instructor who helps busy people make healthy living and eating easy. After struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, and different digestive disorders as a former dancer, she’s on a mission to spread ease and flow in her life and others’.
Katarina completed her BFA at The University of Texas, RYT 200 at Breath & Body Yoga (Austin, TX), and nutrition training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. In 2011, she was the first one to bring Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga to Chicago.
SUP yoga reminds Katarina that if you’re tense in this world, you’ll be thrown into the water; but with ease and flexibility, you can ride whatever wave comes at you. She believes in a mind, body, and soul approach to health and is an expert at helping you move physically and mentally through stress. Today you can find almost any health answer on the internet but Katarina specializes in helping you put it into action and get clear on what’s the best for your body.
