Karen Flores is from Puebla, Mexico. She studied theater and has been practicing hula hoops for 7 years, she created Delirio Hula Hoop Puebla, a community dedicated to promote hooping in her city.

She has taught workshops in many festivals in Mexico, Ecuador and Colombia. Her specialty is hoop balances, manipulation.
