Jeremy Vaughan is an avid outdoors-man and a native of the local mountains. He often combines the natural beauty of the outdoors with some type of physical fitness, whether that is a trail run, leading a pack up the Grouse Grind, or leading hikes that incorporate some strength training during the hike to ensure everyone leaves the hike feeling great and can continue to enjoy the great outdoors. Jeremy has various certifications in Personal Training along with a Kinesiology diploma, he knows the importance of moving properly to enjoy life’s grand adventures. He’s always seen with a smile on his face, knowing that life is all about having fun with whatever it is you are doing.
