I love a good beat and the rhythm that the breath creates. I believe wherever you are (in life or in the world), you can enjoy your best body through smart, intuitive movement. Forever a student, I’ve spent 14 years teaching in studios from coast to coast. My teaching style is rooted in Pilates philosophy while drawing inspiration from my yoga practice, my former life as a ballet dancer, and my women’s health specific work. I’m always inspired by getting more life out of this body and helping others do the same. Expect cohesive, cathartic, and therapeutic movement for your life (I always aim to surprise).
