Founder of the Yoga En Casa school. She holds a degree in Philology by the University of St. Petersburg and a master’s degree in cultural management by the Ramón Llull University of Barcelona. She began her approach to yoga at the age of 15. As a teenager she made Olympic trampoline in Russia, Acrobatic Rock’n’roll and Hip-hop competitions. Having studied Hatha, Mindfulness meditation, Iyengar method and different movement techniques (Authentic Movement, Release, Contact Improvisation) in Spain and Mexico, she enjoys sharing knowledge and delight of yoga, giving classes and organizing retreats. In Mexico she is an officially certified teacher in Vinyasa Flow acknowledged by Yoga Alliance and LAIYLA. In 2014 she accomplished the Solar Acrobatics Immersion Training with Jason Nemer, founder of AcroYoga International.
